Interventions

Intervention group: First, the septum is released from the upper lateral cartilage. Then, if necessary, a submucosal resection of the septum is performed. The bone plate on the opposite side is pierce

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe nasal deviation that cannot be corrected with conventional methods

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous nasal surgery with a similar purpose to the operation being investigated in the present study

Measure	Time frame
Patient satisfaction with correction of deviation. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Postoperative personal satisfaction questionnaire.	—
