Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Couples must be on the verge of divorce and face serious challenges to continue their life together. A significant level of anxiety, aggression, or conflict in the couple's relationship. The willingness of both people to participate in couples therapy sessions and cooperate with the research process. At least one year has passed since their marriage. The age of the couple should be between 20 and 50 years. Reading and writing literacy to understand and complete questionnaires. Not receiving similar or parallel treatment during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: One of the spouses suffering from severe psychiatric diseases (such as psychotic disorders) that prevents effective participation in treatment. Severe drug or alcohol addiction that affects the ability to effectively attend therapy sessions. The definite decision of one of the couples to divorce, which shows the unwillingness to continue living together. Experience of similar treatment or participation in related research in the last six months. Presence of severe domestic violence or threats to life that endangers the safety of the couple or researchers. The presence of one of the spouses in an extramarital relationship that is recognized as the main cause of the conflict.
