MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels. Timepoint: Before and after aerobic activity in both hypoxic and normoxia conditions. Method of measurement: Blood sampling, Serum measurement by ELISA method.;C Reactive Protein (CRP). Timepoint: Before and after aerobic activity in both hypoxic and normoxia conditions. Method of measurement: Blood sampling, Serum measurement by ELISA method.;Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR). Timepoint: Before and after aerobic activity in both hypoxic and normoxia conditions. Method of measurement: Blood sampling, special measurement kit.;Desease Activity Score (DAS-28). Timepoint: Before and after aerobic activity in both hypoxic and normoxia conditions. Method of measurement: Valid DAS-28 questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Rating of Perceived Exertion. Timepoint: Every three minutes while performing aerobic activity. Method of measurement: Borg 6-20 scale.;Pain index. Timepoint: Every three minutes while performing aerobic activity. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale 0 - 10.;Sleep quality. Timepoint: The night after performing aerobic activity. Method of measurement: Groningen sleep Questionnaire.;Review of well-being questionnaire scores. Timepoint: The night after performing aerobic activity.
