Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preterm infants born at 30-37 weeks of gestation who are medically stable and will soon be discharged from the neonatal intensive care unit. Birth weight 1000 to 2500 grams. The duration of stay is more than a week and less than a month. Fifth minute Apgar score of 7 or more. Informed parental consent. Parents' ability to read, write, and speak Persian. - Resident of Tehran. Absence of physical illness that interferes with daily life activities and clear neuropsychiatric problems that lead to medication use or concurrent psychotherapy in the parent (according to information obtained from the family and medical records).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Infants who require surgery during hospitalization. infants who have hydrocephalus. Infants who have moderate to severe brain injury, such as grade III to IV intraventricular hemorrhage. Infants with retinopathy of prematurity grade III or higher. The infant has a critical condition such as a seizure. 6. The presence of birth defects, especially cardiovascular, respiratory, and neural tube defects. Presence of a known abnormality on brain ultrasound or MRI if a brain ultrasound or MRI is performed for medical reasons. Pregnancy with triplets or more. Parents' unwillingness to continue cooperation at any stage for any reason. Infant death.
