Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female patients who underwent heart surgery on the third day of hospitalization in the intensive care unit ,they should be free of urinary tract infection should not be hospitalized in the intensive care unit for less than 5 days .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: positive culture in the first sample patient death patient undergoing dialysis patient who are hospitalized in the intensive care unit for less than five days after the start of the study

MeasureTime frame
Incidence of urinary tract infection. Timepoint: Urine Culture at the beginning of the study ( Third day) and after the initiation of the study( Seventh day). Method of measurement: Urine Culture on the Third and Seventh day.
