Conditions

Rotator cuff tearing. Injury of muscle, fascia and tendon at shoulder and upper arm level

Interventions

Intervention 1: Early initiation of shoulder movements the day after surgery by an experienced physiotherapist, in which the patient will perform passive external rotation and forward flexion movement

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with rotator cuff tears who have undergone surgery Willingness to participate in the study Availability for follow-up and subsequent evaluations for at least one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to complete the follow-up period Unwillingness to participate in the research project History of a previous fracture in the affected shoulder History of previous surgery on the affected shoulder

Pain score in VAS score. Timepoint: 1.5 , 3, 6 month after surgery. Method of measurement: Vas score.;The efficiency of the affected shoulder. Timepoint: 1.5 , 3, 6 month after surgery. Method of measurement: UCLA score measurement system.;Shoulder range of motion. Timepoint: 1.5 , 3, 6 month after surgery. Method of measurement: Clinical examination and use of goniometer.;Retearing rate. Timepoint: 8 month after surgery. Method of measurement: Coronal and sagittal plan of MRI.
