Intervention 1: In the first group, the Long HRT protocol is two months of GnRH agonist Diffrelin 3.75 as a monthly injection, 14 days after the second injection, in case of thin endometrial thickness

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile women with menstrual cycles of 21 to 35 days Women under 40 years of age at the time of oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer Diagnosis of adenomyosis based on clinical symptoms and ultrasound Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having uterine malformations Having endometrial polyps Having leiomyoma PCOS according to the Rotterdam criteria Having acute and chronic systemic diseases Unwillingness to participate in the study
