Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People in the age range of 15-30 years Diagnosis of disease by orthodontist and presentation of treatment plan patient Willingness to cooperate Not taking supplements for at least one month before Orthodontic treatment plan for seperator placement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, kidney failure, liver disorder and cancer Suffering from other autoimmune and inflammatory diseases Having hormonal disorders, thyroid disorders Alcohol consumption and Smoking and being exposed to secondhand smoke chronically Food allergy to pineapple fruit Suffering from hemorrhagic diseases and coagulation disorders

MeasureTime frame
Pain level after orthodontic separators placement. Timepoint: Immediately after intervention, 2 hours after intervention, 6 hours after intervention, 24 hours after intervention, 3 days after intervention, 7 days after intervention. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
