Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women 24 to 28 weeks with premature rupture of membranes admitted to the hospital Willingness to participate in the study Iranian and able to speak and understand Persian. Having at least basic reading and writing skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental disorder and medication use (based on self-report and health record) Simultaneous participation in other counseling sessions A life-threatening event within the past three months (accident, bereavement of family members) Unwillingness to participate in research Need to terminate pregnancy before completing 60% of sessions
