Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals presenting with lumbago subsequent to percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Individuals undergoing a planned intervention involving PCI or non-emergency catheterization. Individuals for whom a femoral approach is utilized during the intervention. Individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals who possess the ability to communicate in Arabic and demonstrate comprehension, as well as cooperation with the study protocols.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a documented history of hemostatic disorders. Individuals exhibiting signs of active hemorrhage and hematoma at the catheter insertion site prior to the removal of the sheath. Individuals experiencing lumbago prior to the intervention, as indicated by a medical history of spinal surgical procedures. Individuals who have received pharmacological treatment for lumbago prior to the intervention. Individuals who encounter any complications during the intervention. Post-PCI individuals whose systolic blood pressure exceeds 190 mmHg, or diastolic

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcomes variable is the level of low back pain that occur for patient whom undergo to percutaneous coronary intervention that can be changed based on heat or cold therapy. Timepoint: before intervention and 15 minuets after intervention. Method of measurement: -Demographic and clinical data( age, sex, chronic disease, residency, smoking, previous PCI, and job). -Visual Analogue Scale (VAS): This instrument shall be employed to quantify the intensity of pain experienced by patients subsequent to Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI).
