Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with depressive disorders or bipolar disorders who have been introduced to the follow-up unit as follow-up cases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not have a valid phone number to send SMS reminders. Patients who do not consent to follow-up Patients with diagnoses other than depressive or bipolar disorder
