Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic otitis media require tympanoplasty surgery. Ages 18 to 60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of a tumor in the ear Polyps inside the ear The presence of an underlying disease such as diabetes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improve hearing. Timepoint: Time Required: This usually needs to be measured in several stages:Before surgery: to establish a baseline.Immediately after surgery: to observe initial changes.Follow-up at 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery: to assess results over time. Method of measurement: It is measured using audiometry. This can be expressed as a change in hearing threshold at different frequencies.

Quality of life. Timepoint: After surgery, quality of life is usually measured using standard questionnaires at 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Using standard questionnaires related to quality of life in patients with hearing impairments.
