MeasureTime frame
Check for infection or lack of infection in the wound bed. Timepoint: Fifth day after surgery. Method of measurement: Symptoms of skin infection are based on clinical examination and preparation of cultures from wound secretions in the affected area. In the clinical examination, the infection is determined in the form of purulent discharge from the wound, or the formation of a collection under the wound, and the non-adherence of the skin graft in the wound bed and the change in the color of the skin in the clinical examination. The measurement tool in this variable is the eye, the variable can be seen with clinical examination and eye tools.;Adhesion of the skin in the wound bed. Timepoint: Fifth day after surgery. Method of measurement: On the fifth day after the surgery, there is skin adhesion in the wound bed, which is diagnosed in the clinical examination and is evaluated based on a three-part likert scale (complete success, partial success, failure). Complete success means covering the wound with a skin graft that is completely alive, and non-viability of the skin graft means failureIn cases where the skin graft has completely covered the entire surface of the wound, it means no displacement, and in cases where parts of the wound are not covered with skin graft or the graft is wrinkled, it means displacement. was.The measurement tool in this variable is the eye, the variable can be seen with clinical examination and eye tools.
