Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range from 18 to 30 years Men with a history of regular physical activity Body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18.5 to 24.5 kg/m² No history of color blindness or color vision deficiencies Right-handedness No consumption any caffeine-containing substances at least 24 hours before the test session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having any cardiovascular, pulmonary, or metabolic disease History of seizures, epilepsy, or other neurological disorders Presence of implanted devices or pacemakers in the body Use of tobacco, alcohol, and drinking 2 to 3 cups of coffee (equivalent to 200 to 300 mg of caffeine) per day

Measuring static balance indicators: LOS test, BESS test, MCTSIB test. Timepoint: Before and after interventions. Method of measurement: Using the evaluation device (Pro-Kin PK 252 N).;Dynamic balance index measurement: Single Stance Balance assessment test and Double Stance Balance test. Timepoint: Before and after interventions. Method of measurement: Using the evaluation device (Pro-Kin PK 252 N).;Cognitive function assessment. Timepoint: Before and after interventions. Method of measurement: Using the Dual n-back (non-adaptive) test.;Measuring hypofrontality. Timepoint: During a 10km time trial endurance event on a bike. Method of measurement: Using the Countdown Cognitive Test.

Pleasure scale. Timepoint: During a 10-kilometer time trial endurance activity on a bicycle, at the third, sixth, ninth kilometers, and after completing the activity. Method of measurement: Using an 11-item emotion scale.;Pain scale. Timepoint: During a 10-kilometer time trial endurance activity on a bicycle, at the third, sixth, ninth kilometers, and after completing the activity. Method of measurement: Using a visual analog scale of 0 to 10.;Arousal scale. Timepoint: During a 10-kilometer time trial endurance activity on a bicycle, at the third, sixth, ninth kilometers, and after completing the activity. Method of measurement: Using a 6-item scale of perceived arousal.;Heart rate measurement. Timepoint: During a 10-kilometer time trial endurance activity on a bicycle, at the third, sixth, ninth kilometers, and after completing the activity. Method of measurement: Using a Polar heart rate monitor.;Perceived Exertion Scale. Timepoint: During the 10-km cycling time-trial endurance activity and at the 3rd, 6th, and 9th kilometers, and after completing the activity. Method of measurement: Using Borg's 0-100 Perceived Exertion Scale.;Measurement of sleep quality. Timepoint: In order to assess the quality of the subject's sleep the previous night, it is asked upon arrival and before the start of the test. Method of measurement: Groningen Sleep Quality Questionnaire.;Measuring mental fatigue. Timepoint: This questionnaire is asked at several times to measure mental fatigue: when the subject arrives, before performing the Stroop test, and every five minutes during the thirty-minute Stroop test. Method of measurement: Using a visual analog scale to measure mental fatigue.
