Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Criteria for entering the study of patients with papulopustular rosacea; The presence of at least 5 demodex mites per square cm in both skin biopsy samples on the left and right sides of the face Patients over 18 years of age, regardless of their gender
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with rosacea with less than 5 demodex mites per square cm in the skin biopsy sample of one or both left and right sides of the face of patients with various types of skin cancers non-compliance with the protocol History of allergy to permethrin Patients with severe skin burns Patients with severe skin infections

| Clinical and appearance symptoms of rosacea patients include: transient redness, persistent redness, papule and pustule, telangiectasia, burning and itching, plaque, dryness, edema, eye symptoms, phymatous changes. Timepoint: Weeks 0 and 12 on the left and right side of the face. Method of measurement: Appearance and clinical symptoms of patients were evaluated in weeks 0 and 12 by the clinical criteria mentioned in the National Rosacea Association questionnaire for both sides of the face. | — |
