Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The population is women with poor ovarian response who have referred to the infertility clinic of Besat Hospital and a private infertility center for an in vitro fertilization cycle. The inclusion criteria in this study are based on the patient-centered strategy segmentation including personalization of the number of eggs. Patients at levels 3 and 4 of this criterion are included in the study. Group 1 - Level 3 - Patients under 35 years of age with poor ovarian reserve parameters (antral follicle count less than 5 or anti-Müllerian hormone less than 1.2) (predicted) Group 2 - Level 4 - Patients over 35 years of age with poor ovarian reserve parameters (predicted)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hydrosalpinx, congenital uterine abnormalities and/or endometrial disease such as tuberculosis or hyperplasia. Basal follicle-stimulating hormone level (FSH) greater than or equal to 15 units per liter (IU/L). Underlying diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis. Infertility due to male causes Patients who have not undergone embryo transfer after more than six months of embryo freezing.

Timepoint: The BHCG test is checked for fertility on day. Embryo transfer will also be performed on day 3 of the cycle. Method of measurement: Achieving fertility on day 12 of the IVF cycle is measured by checking the level of beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (BhCG) hormone in the blood via a blood test. Additionally, a control ultrasound (TVS) is performed on day 8 of the cycle by a radiologist to check the number of follicles. | — |
