Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People aged between 18 and 75 years. Cancer patients undergoing the first course of Oxaliplatin treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and breastfeeding. Patients with diabetic (type 1 and type 2 diabetic patients) neuropathy and trauma. Abuse of alcohol, drugs, and smoking. Taking painkillers routinely starting two weeks before beginning Gabapentin. History of chemotherapy with Taxane group drugs, including Paclitaxel (Taxol) and Docetaxel (Taxotere). Previous history of chemotherapy with Oxaliplatin drug. History of sensitivity to Gabapentin. People who have experienced neuropathic pain due to the same cancer before taking the drug.
