Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female gender Age between 18 and 50 years BMI between 25 and 34.9 kg/m²

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Engagement in regular physical activity during the past three months Presence of physical or motor disabilities Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or specific medications Presence of specific diseases (cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, metabolic diseases, or cancer)
