Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range over 60 years - Being literate - Hearing and speaking ability and acceptable physical health such as (no movement disorder, acute heart and respiratory disease) - Having healthy cognitive function based on the short form of the MMSE with a score of more than 24 - Having a mobile phone with the ability to install a pedometer application such as S health - Having a score of more than 5 on the Elderly Depression Scale - Performing the 6-minute walk test (6MWT) without difficulty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Having severe psychological disorders as diagnosed by a physician or based on the elderly person's medical record (in a way that prevents effective communication) -Occurrence of any severe social or family crisis beginig the study (for example, bereavement in the past six months) -Previous history of participating in reminiscence sessions and simultaneously participating in similar supportive psychotherapy sessions -Having a habit of regular walking exercise (walking exercise for more than 50 minutes and more than 3 times a week) -Taking antidepressant and anti-anxiety medication.

Anxiety: Anxiety refers to the score obtained from the Spielberger Anxiety Inventory. Timepoint: Before intervention, after intervention and 2 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety inventory.;Depression: Depression refers to the score obtained from the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). Timepoint: Before intervention, after intervention and 2 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS).
