Inclusion criteria: Being 18-65 years old Patients with major depression Willing and informed consent to participate in the study Being literate

Exclusion criteria: Using painkillers at least 4 hours before the intervention Having a clear anomaly in the organs Acute phase of psychosis Having underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, having cognitive disorders, anxiety disorders,

Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory for depression level.;Relative and absolute beta power.
