Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: pilates exercise/ In this group of samples, they will perform selected Pilates exercises regularly 3 times a week for 6 weeks under the supervision of a therapist.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of work-related musculoskeletal disorder or injury of the lower limb (by a specialist doctor) - retired military personnel - history of military activities during service - more than 1 month has passed since the onset of musculoskeletal symptoms - doctor's order stating that there is no Prohibition of rehabilitation and sports-participation in the initial assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-cooperation in completing the intervention sessions-severity of the disease symptoms (stopping the intervention on the order of the attending physician)

Static Balance. Timepoint: The beginning of the intervention, the end of the intervention (six weeks later), one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: berg balance scale.;Dynamic Balance. Timepoint: The beginning of the intervention, the end of the intervention (six weeks later), one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Timed up and Go Test.;Step Length and Step Width. Timepoint: The beginning of the intervention, the end of the intervention (six weeks later), one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Balance Master System.;Walking Speed. Timepoint: The beginning of the intervention, the end of the intervention (six weeks later), one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Balance Master System.
