Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants do not have systemic disease Have acceptable oral hygiene (no obvious plaque and tartar). Age range from 18 to 65 years. Having a grade 2 index plate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thay dont have proper cooperation. Participants have systemic disease.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Plaque index. Timepoint: It is at the beginning of the study (before the start of the study) and on the 14th day after the start of chewing gum. Method of measurement: Plaque index is calculated using O Leary index.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Ph salivary. Timepoint: It is at the beginning of the study (before the start of the study) and on the 14th day after the start of chewing gum. Method of measurement: It is done using a pH meter electrode.;Streptococcus mutans in saliva. Timepoint: It is at the beginning of the study (before the start of the study) and on the 14th day after the start of chewing gum. Method of measurement: Saliva samples are sent to the microbiology laboratory to determine the number of Streptococcus mutans colonies, and they are cultured and counted in the special Mitis salivarius agar medium at 37°C.
