Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Range of age 4 to 12 Candidation for Adenoidectomy Pation with ASA class 1.2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to eggs and penicillin Heart rate less than seventy during injection Abnormal bleeding during surgery Severe medical problems resulting from surgical complications
