Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BMI lesser than 30 Candidate patients for varicocele surgery and inguinal hernia repair In the classification of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA I, II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of taking painkillers or nerve drugs in the last month Patients with a history of addiction or mental health problems Patients with any history of drug sensitivity Severe sinusitis Mental problems
