Inclusion criteria: People aged 25 to 50 People with a diploma or higher education

Exclusion criteria: People who have a concurrent acute psychiatric disorder Anemia Thyroid diseases

Pain anxiety: Pain anxiety is defined as the level of worry, fear, or mental anxiety associated with the experience of pain in psychosomatic patients. Timepoint: This variable will be measured at three time points (pretest, posttest, and follow-up). Method of measurement: The level of pain anxiety will be measured using the McCracken Pain Anxiety Questionnaire.;DNegative affect: Negative affect is defined as the persistent experience of unpleasant emotions such as stress, anxiety, and depression in psychosomatic patients. Timepoint: This variable will be measured at three time points (pretest, posttest, and follow-up). Method of measurement: Watson et al. Positive and Negative Affect Scale.;Emotional distress: Emotional distress is defined as an unpleasant mental state resulting from the inability to regulate emotions and feelings. Timepoint: This variable will be measured at three time points (pretest, posttest, and follow-up). Method of measurement: Simmons and Gahr Distress Tolerance Scale (2005).;Emotional alexithymia: Emotional alexithymia is defined as the inability to recognize, understand, and express one's own emotions. Timepoint: This variable will be measured at three time points (pretest, posttest, and follow-up). Method of measurement: Toronto Emotional Aphasia Scale, Bagby et al. (1994).
