Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with refractive error appropriate for PRK or TransPRK procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Retinal pathologies affecting the vision, such as diabetic or hypertensive retinopathy Ocular pathologies like cataract, glaucoma, KCN, or corneal dystrophies History of ocular major trauma History of uveitis History of other ocular surgeries

| Macular Deep plexus vascular density index. Timepoint: In addition to the preoperative examination, patients will have three visits after the operation: one week after the operation, one month after and three months after the surgery. Method of measurement: The vascular density data of the Deep retinal plexus at pre-op and post-op visits will be gathered from the OCTA device. The OCTA would be taken by a single expert technician.;Macular Superficial plexus vascular density index.
