Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Full consent to participate in this study Premenstrual women (age between 20 and 50 years) Having one of the following symptoms in transvaginal ultrasound within 10 days after the start of the menstrual period: Typical symptoms of endometrial polyps: Medium to high echo with a regular margin in the uterine cavity b- atypical symptoms of endometrial polyps: Penetrating cyst in endometrial tissue No history of allergy to hormonal drugs intermenstural bleeding Menorrhagia (more than 2 times compared to the normal state)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of taking progesterone supplements or hormonal medications in the past 6 months Contraindications to the use of progesterones History of surgery or treatment for endometrial lesions in the past 6 months
