Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Not using drugs or cigarettes not taking medications such as heart, blood pressure, antidepressants, and sedatives not taking any medication for treatment purposes not having diseases such as cardiovascular, respiratory problems, musculoskeletal disorders, sleep disorders, epilepsy, diabetes no history of heatstroke no history of frostbite no history of any heat-related diseases and disorders having a normal body mass index (BMI) (between 18.5 and 25 kg/m2) having at least 1 year or more of work experience in the field of firefighting and firefighting
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Worker's unwillingness to participate in research Failure to fully answer all questions in the questionnaires
