Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Obtaining informed consent from adolescents and parents for participation in research." Being single as a teenager Living with both parents No hearing problems (or having a hearing aid) Having at least basic literacy skills Able to participate in the study (no mental, cognitive, or hearing disorders, etc.) No acute stressful conditions in the past six months, such as the death of a parent or close relative, or parental divorce No history of using psychoactive substances, drugs, or psychiatric medications in the past six months according to the patient or parents Requires undergoing endoscopy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The child has a history of pervasive anxiety. The child has a congenital or acquired abnormality and surgery in the ear area.
