Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Performance indicators: including 12 performance tests, lipid profile, fasting glucose, Hba1c, body mass index, and mitokine factors. Timepoint: Measurements were taken in 2 series: 24 hours before the main exercise and 48 hours after completing 12 weeks of exercise. Method of measurement: Lipid profile, fasting glucose, HbA1c, body mass index, and cytokine factors were measured with 5 ml of blood in the laboratory, and functional tests were measured in the field.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life - Perceived physical fitness - Physical activity enjoyment questionnaire - Becker depression questionnaire. Timepoint: Before the intervention and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Quality of life 36 using the questionnaire - Perceived physical fitness using the questionnaire - Physical activity enjoyment questionnaire - Becker depression questionnaire.
