Inclusion criteria: primiparity Living with spouse Willingness to participate in research Being literate Iranian nationality first marriage at least one year past of marriage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of mental illness in couple incurable physical illness in the couple (cancer, AIDS, chemotherapy; amputation of limbs or spinal cord and paralysis of limbs, blindness, deafness, and muteness) Addiction to drugs, psychotropic substances, or alcohol in a spouse unfortunate event, such as the death of a loved one or financial bankruptcy, has occurred in the last 3 months history of infertility living with parents ( on wife or husband's side)
