Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: primiparity Living with spouse Willingness to participate in research Having a smartphone Minimum secondary education Healthy, full-term baby with an Apgar score of more than 7
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: history of mental illness in the couple ( Neuropsychological disorders, medication use, or history of hospitalization in a mental hospital, under the supervision of a psychiatrist or psychologist). incurable physical illness in the couple (cancer, AIDS, chemotherapy; amputation of limbs or spinal cord and paralysis of limbs, blindness, deafness, and muteness) abnormalities in the newborn (cardiac abnormalities, omphalocele, chromosomal abnormalities, etc.) chronic medical conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease, asthma, etc.) traumatic birth (vaginal trauma, 3rd-degree prineal tear or greater, uterine injury, postpartum PTSD) adverse pregnancy outcomes (delivery with instruments, birth of a baby with a birth defect, preeclampsia, eclampsia, gestational diabetes, hospitalization for more than 7 days for any reason) history of drug, psychotropic, or alcohol use unfortunate event, such as the death of a loved one or financial bankruptcy, has occurred in the last 3 months.
