Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This is the first pregnancy. Mothers must be between 18 and 30 years old. The pregnancy is singleton. The gestational age is 20 to 30 weeks. The place of residence should be the city of Neyshabur. The person must be able to read and write. The person must be able to exercise for 20 minutes daily. The person has no history of congenital or genetic disorders. The person does not have severe mental disorders and is not taking psychiatric medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The pregnant mother should not have any specific illness or mental disorders. The pregnant mother should not use yoga, psychotherapy, Pilates, meditation, etc. at the same time. The pregnant mother should not have a history of using stimulants, psychotropic drugs, sedatives, or anti-anxiety drugs. The pregnancy is only the first and is a singleton.
