Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of NSCLC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having an allergy to saffron Patient in need of surgery Patient with tachycardia Pregnant and breastfeeding women Patients taking anticoagulants or having a coagulation disorder

Fatigue score in the BFI questionnaire, Quality of life score in the EQ_5F_3L questionnaire. Timepoint: Study start , 7,14, 21 & 28 days after starting saffron supplementation. Method of measurement: Patient file ,BFI fatigue questionnaire , EQ_5F_3L quality of life questionnaire.
