Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children of school going aged 6 to 8 years with similar prosthesis of unilateral cochlear implant. Pure tone audiometric threshold better than 35dBHL Presence of speech disorder and scoring less than 12 on the TOLD3 test and abnormal scores on the Phonological Awareness and Deap Speech Production tests Normal intelligence score (score of 85 and above) on the Wechsler Intelligence Scale (available in the child's file) Absence of otologic and neurologic diseases Lack of cognitive and physical-motor problems Being right-handed Having general health Able to cooperate in tests Children with cochlear implant that are not receiving conventional rehabilitation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Professional activities in music or sports Suffering from neurological and otological diseases Being left- handed Hearing thresholds weaker than 35 dB

Word-in-noise comprehension skill. Timepoint: Before intervention- Immediately after intervention- One month after intervention. Method of measurement: Using 3 lists of consonant-vowel words 1- in silence 2- in the presence of noise / in terms of percentage of correct answers.;Oral Vocabulary Test Score. Timepoint: Before intervention- Immediately after intervention- One month after intervention. Method of measurement: TOLD3 language development test score using the relevant book.;Grammar comprehension test score. Timepoint: Before intervention- Immediately after intervention- One month after intervention. Method of measurement: TOLD3 language development test score using the relevant book.;Phonological awareness score. Timepoint: Before intervention- Immediately after intervention- One month after intervention. Method of measurement: Dr. Soleimani and Dr. Dastjerdi's phonological awareness test score.;Speech production error score. Timepoint: Before intervention- Immediately after intervention- One month after intervention. Method of measurement: Dr. Zarifian's Deap Speech Production Test Score.;Amplitude of P1-N1-P2 waves. Timepoint: Before intervention- Immediately after intervention. Method of measurement: Enschede Neuro ANT device / in microvolts.;Latency of P1-N1-P2 waves. Timepoint: Before intervention- Immediately after intervention. Method of measurement: Enschede Neuro ANT device / in milliseconds.;Electroencephalography components (EEG). Timepoint: Before intervention- Immediately after intervention. Method of measurement: EEGlab software.
