Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women 25-39 years old BMI 19-25 1 to 5 years of infertility Having primary infertility
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No history of using assisted reproductive methods Not having a chronic disease No history of pelvic and uterine surgery Not exercising regularly for more than 30 minutes per week No smoking or alcohol consumption Not using complementary and alternative medicine Failure to participate in parallel physical exercises
