Inclusion criteria: Access to a mobile phone No speech or hearing problems At least six months have passed since the diagnosis of the disease The ability to perform self-care activities Interest in participating in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of specific physical and mental illness Addiction to alcohol, drugs, and other psychotropic drugs

Treatment adherence in patients with hypothyroidism. Timepoint: Measurement of treatment adherence score at the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and after the intervention and after 2 months of telephone follow-up. Method of measurement: Treatment adherence questionnaire in chronic patients.
