Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18-65 a known diagnosis of epilepsy for at least 1 year use of antiepileptic drugs a PSQI score above 5 sufficient literacy to complete questionnaires and read educational pamphlets.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients currently taking any medication to improve sleep being in the acute phase of the disease patient has known severe underlying disease or psychiatric disorder

Sleep quality based on PSQI questionnaire. Timepoint: At the time of initial registration and 3 months thereafter. Method of measurement: Based on the PSQI questionnaire.;Quality of life of epilepsy patients based on the QOLIE-31 questionnaire. Timepoint: At the time of initial registration and 3 months thereafter. Method of measurement: based on QOLIE-31 questionnaire.
