Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Giving informed consent to participate in the study Physician-approved orthopedic trauma patients with moderate pain intensity (pain score based on the Pain Visual Grading Scale (GRS) 3-6) Age range 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment and known neurological and psychiatric conditions Injury to the eyes and ears, visual and hearing impairment Taking sedatives and anti-anxiety medications Drug and alcohol abuse Suffering from chronic underlying diseases (diabetes, kidney failure, etc.) Deterioration of the patient's clinical condition and consciousness Having a previous history in the field of virtual training Reluctance to continue research. Suffering from incurable diseases Unstable hemodynamic status Receiving analgesics at the beginning of triage Multiple trauma patients Patients with penetrating trauma History of Orthopedic Trauma
