Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 60-75 years Suffering from grade IV osteoarthritis in both knees and a candidate for TKA based on lateral and lateral radiographs of the affected knee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of trauma to the knee History of fractures around and inside the joint History of inflammatory diseases (rheumatism, etc.) of the joints History of knee joint infection History of ligament injury BMI > 30 kg/m2
