Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be an elementary school teacher Have at least 5 years of work experience. The scores of the VFI and VHI-10 tests indicate that the person has vocal fatigue when the teacher's score in the VHI is greater than 4.5 and in the VFI, the teacher scores 24 or more in factor 1, 7 or more in factor 2, and 7 or less in factor 3. Do not have reflux Have no history of head and neck surgery Do not consume tobacco or alcohol. Have no history of voice therapy Have no history of concussion No upper respiratory tract infection due to colds, etc. for two months prior to starting treatment. Not having hearing problems No neurogenic vocal problems, congenital structural abnormalities, or laryngeal malignancies (having functional vocal problems is not an obstacle) Not taking medications and antihistamines
