Method of measurement: Berg Balance test.;Cognitive function score on the Montreal Test. Timepoint: Measurement of cognitive function at the beginning of the intervention and then 8 weeks after the start of the intervention exercises. Method of measurement: Montreal test.;Stress score in the exam Dass-21. Timepoint: Measuring stress levels at the beginning of the intervention and then 8 weeks after the start of the intervention exercises.
