Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being computer user with at least 20 hours of computer work per week Consent to participation in the study Absence of severe musculoskeletal disorder in the relevant sample All employees of Dejban Faraja headquarters with more than 5 years of experience
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to attend a training session Incomplete completion of questionnaires Students and graduates of occupational health and ergonomics participation in the computer health training course Employees with skeletal and muscular problem Contract employees or contract service purchase
