Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 15 and 18 years. Willingness to participate in intervention sessions and cooperate in the research process. Ability to attend training sessions regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having severe psychological disorders (such as major depression, severe anxiety disorders, or other mental disorders). History of taking psychiatric drugs or participating in active psychological treatments in the last six months. Severe physical problems or chronic illnesses that could affect participation in interventions or assessments. Having specific learning disabilities or intellectual disabilities that may affect a person's ability to understand and perform intervention exercises.
