Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Providing informed consent to participate in the study Having a confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer by an oncologist Availability of patients' medical records for accurate assessment and follow-up The participant is in stage 1, 2, or 3 cancer after surgery and is undergoing chemotherapy Age above 18 years Having a performance status level of 0, 1, and 2 according to the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) scale Having adequate language skills in Persian to comprehend and respond effectively to the study materials. Access the technology and resources necessary for the study, such as a computer or smartphone and the Internet
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a severe, uncontrolled, and under-treated mental health condition could impair the ability to participate effectively, based on the patient's medical records and the patient's and the patient's companion's statements Having a history of previous cancer Chronic diseases that are not properly managed despite medical treatment Use of medications that significantly impact cognitive, mental, or physical functions (such as high-dose sleeping pills and mood stabilizers, etc.), based on patient self-report Participation in other research studies and clinical trials
