Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female students in junior high school must have parental and student consent to participate in various stages of the study and have physical ability appropriate to the interventions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to attend more than one training session, failure to complete the research questionnaire in full, and dropping out or transferring from school are considered.
