Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participant' gender: male Sports field: wrestling Participants: young FS wrestlers Young wrestler: according to the definition of the UWW, the age range is (16-17) years for a young wrestler The training experience of the subjects is at least 2 years; 6) all subjects will be healthy and without any injuries Subjects will be prohibited from taking any supplements or drugs that affect physical factors during the research period The design of the exercises during the protocol will be the same for all subjects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of neurological drugs that influence function History of lower extremity injuries within the last 6 months History of muscular or neural ailments, such as myopathy, myositis, peripheral neuropathy, or muscular dystrophy
