30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between 30 and 60 years old. Having at least 20 natural teeth. Clinical and radiographic signs of chronic periodontitis. Minimum pocket depth is 4 millimeters and minimum CAL is one to two millimeters. The patient should announce their collaboration. Willingness to adhere to the study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic disease that may limit the severity or progression of periodontal disease. "Periodontal surgery in the area of the studied teeth over the past 3 months." Use of medications (such as NSAIDs or antibiotics) in the 3 months prior to the start of the study. Simultaneous orthodontic treatments Extensive planned dental restorations Use of any mouthwash during the trial period" Multiple dental caries Pregnancy or breastfeeding Sensitivity to NSAIDs and chlorhexidine smoking
