Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male gender minimum age 14 years and one month to maximum age 14 years and 11 months Soccer player with at least 3 years of experience playing in Isfahan province football leagues Undergoing pre-season training courses for at least 4 weeks Lack of underlying disease, including cardiovascular and respiratory diseases Lack of structural abnormalities including structures that limit high-intensity exercise such as musculoskeletal (musculoskeletal) abnormalities Lack of chronic diseases controlled by medication Avoid taking broad-spectrum antibiotics for at least 3 weeks. Not taking any type of psychological (neuro) medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Player's personal lack of consent to receive samples and participate in the intervention Lack of consent from the player's parents (preferably the father and, in the absence of the father, the full consent of the mother) for their child to participate in the intervention. The relevant cultural and sports club does not allow the player to participate in the intervention.
