Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Residence in the city of Semnan Absence of a history of colorectal cancer, chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease), and precancerous lesions of the intestine or polyps. Having education (at least 8 years of schooling) Being outdated regarding colorectal cancer screening (in accordance with the latest guidelines of the National Early Detection Program for Colorectal Cancer) History of no cancer or radiation therapy in the pelvic and abdominal area Being between the ages of 45-69
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness to continue participation in the study Having physical or mental illnesses that prevent the person from being able to participate in the study and complete the questionnaire
